The 5th International Conference on Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence was scheduled to be held in Hangzhou, China during September 23-25, 2022 originally. Due to continuous COVID-19, based on most authors appeal and health consideration, conference committee change this event to online conference.

MLMI 2022 was co-sponsored by Hangzhou Dianzi University, China and IEEE, and assisted by Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. This year, we had an exciting program, with selected papers from universities, research institutions, and industries all over the world, which allowed attendees to reflect and discuss the latest research and industrial developments in these fields.
