2018 International Conference on Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence (MLMI 2018) was held in Hanoi, Vietnam during September 28–30, 2018.

This conference program was highlighted by the five speakers: Prof. Sergei Gorlatch from University of Muenster, Germany, Prof. James T. Kwok from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, China, Prof. Nguyen Huu Thanh from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, Prof. Jianjun Li from Hangzhou Dianzi University, China and Prof. Phuoc Vinh Tran from Thu Dau Mot University, Vietnam.

Oral presentations were divided into two parallel sessions. One best presentation was selected from each session, evaluated for: Originality, Applicability, Technical Merit, Visual Aids and English Delivery.
